They are thin, flimsy, and useless. They are so firm that they crease when inserting them into my ear canal.
Hearos advertising 'original formula' is a complete lie. I'm not sure if the formula changed or if i got a bad batch.

These are plush and comfy— a little bigger than competitors which block my ear cavity better keeping a tight but comfortable seal
Cheap competitors ear plugs didn’t fit my ears well and let a lot of sound in
I may not use them for sleeping will use the larger orange hearos instead

Roll them and insert and then after they start to expand push again on the flat part and you can hear them seal
