This particular brand isn't always available at walgreens or riteaid, so on occasion i buy something else to tide me over until i can reorder on amazon. These are soft but firm, and big enough to cover the entire ear canal in a way others don't.

They don’t decompress properly are nearly impossible to insert fully because of that and were not the same quality i expected from hearos

I bought 2 three packs because the price is right and we dont have to use them forever

I wouldnt classify these as xtreme protection because they barely muffled the terrible barking from my two obnoxious earlyrising dogs but they did slightly muffle the sound of my noisy younger brother laughing at the office and my mother gossiping with her friends at a deafening tone as im trying to sleep so id say theyre alright

But they expanded so much they became painful and easily pulled themselves out which was annoying

These new ones compress more and dont expand back to the original shape as much
