Ive had a problem with swelling in my lower legs for years and just recently a coworker recommended that i try wearing compression socks
You can currently order them for less than 10 a pair and thats a real bargain
These compression socks not only helped the swelling in my lower legs but they also helped with the pain i was having after a long 12 hour shift
I did was them before the 2nd day and that took care of the itching problem and i truly believe it was the socks that helped with the leg pain because i didnt have the intense leg pain that kept me from falling asleep that night either
