You will need to have switched over to bar shampoos see a tutorial online or do the stupid thing i did and switch cold turkey for a month icky

These are small chips as one person put it but they give you 6 double use shampoo rinse then conditioner wash 6 times 36 washes 72 if you only lather once for 10
