Pros

It is not identical to a flour breading but it scratches that itch, especially with some seasonings added and maybe a bit of almond or coconut flour mixed in. It is certainly ground up but not very finely.

It is more effective than the benefiber, which is the wheat dextrin type fiber and intended to improve digestive health more than regularity. I always appreciate feedback or seeing how many people found it helpful.

Make sure you have that water with it, it absorbs water and needs it. The quality and packaging are fine. It is better than the whole psyllium husks - at least, without waiting an hour or so for the husks to absorb water.
