Pros
Inexpensive and compact. Very accurate and portable. Seems to be reasonably accurate.
Get on. This was received promptly. Got a really good goldbox+coupon price on mine.
This cuff fits my size 8 wrist--very ample sizing. Can be used on the right wrist if flipped upside down.
Cons
My arm-cuff one seems to agree with my doctors unit, so i guess this this wrist type is of limited usefulness. Tried moving my arm higher and lower to match heart level, etc.

They would always be between 1 or 2 digits never something out of the ordinary
Its very easy to use but the reading is a little off from the reading of from the old fashioned one
