Pros
As someone who just casually takes their blood pressure this is a great machine. Was packaged well. The box said 'premium series' and the manual in the box says 'premium series' also it is very portable!
Cons
This blood pressure cuff is inaccurate. The accuracy is pathetic. The cuff that i found in my closet that is branded by a * store chain is more consistent and more accurate.
Amazon technical support advised that the item is not returnable but they would credit my account that i could dispose of the items, donate or whatever. Returned for a refund. Oh, and by the way, it's non - returnable!
The case is thin and fragile and does not close completely. The coils that the battery connects to were crooked so the batter edges do not connect.
