Pros
Good job health genie. Well made and quite sturdy for the job. Quality of the plastic is good not fantastic but better than anything i have seen at this price.
Inhaling steam is quite easy with this vaporizer. Use it as per the instructions manual, for longer life. Easy on electricity, with just 120 watt.
Cons
It just takes too long to generate steam and that too is so light that it neither brings the desired effect to facial skin nor for congestion. Within 6 months streamer wire got burned. Electrical cable was broken.
This item is waste of money. Not at all effective. This vaporizer is just useless. For me it is useless. Total waste ofmoney. Absolute waste of money.
Product is not returnable. Not attached. Arrange to refund the amount. Only replacement is possible.
