Unfortunately for me despite spending lots of time outside despite having a decent diet my doctor has informed me my vitamin d is very low

Through trial and error i discovered that vitamin d3 alone doesnt work for me whereas the combination of 1000iu of d2 and 1000iu of d3 alleviates most symptoms associated with this particular deficiency

There are cheaper supermarket brands out there but the actual vit d content in them has after testing been demonstrated to be less than described which is basically useless
