I am already taking private medication for hair where i was suggested multi vitamin capsules and this one could be replaced in what i was suggested there

So in a nutshell dont expect any magic

Hv already finished a bottle 90 capsules of this it doesnt work overnight but it did improved the texture of my hairs n made it a bit thick too
