The 360 tablets were dispensed between two bottles. Seems to have the same active ingredients as much more expensive products. Very impressed with the packaging the vit d3 tabs are in.

Men q7 k2 is the best absorbed and lasts longer
A very efficient process but of course i will have no idea if they work until i have a blood test which is unlikely to be this year
