Pros

The scale works very well for our outpatient clinic. This scale works well, isn't overly heavy and easy to move. As someone severely gravitationally challenged, it's hard to find a scale that will weigh me.

Product works great. Zero complaints. A bit pricy, but worth every penny to me. Definately very pleased with this purchase.

Cons

It is impossible to calibrate and weighed both me and my husband 10 pounds heavier. Sent it back and cannot get my total refund even after getting their authorization to return it.
