I find the coolness and scent quite longlasting. My only complaint is that unless the cap is * on perfectly straight, there is a little leaking of the oils.

Arkopharma original is much more effective and has peppermint oil as first ingredient. Clusters are worse than migraines and it just didn't do a thing. It has a subtle scent of lavender, but is not worth the money.

Buyer beware. Item is non-returnable if opened. It is so tiny, what a rip off. Would not recommend.
