Use it before bed, or during the day on an empty stomach, or after a meal. Gets rid of garlic and onion odors for hours. Great at reducing gas.
Cons
Few months left until expiration. Chalky taste. Did not work any better than a mint off the counter. Not worth the money. Not for me.
