When my chair arrived i found that holes drilled into the seat were misaligned causing the seat and the chair back to be twisted and not sit flush together

I contacted healgen and sent them pictures expecting not to get a response until the next day i live in hawaii and usually businesses are closed by the time i get home from work but i was pleasantly surprised to get a response within 5 minutes of sending the email apologizing and stating that the issue had been f forwarded to the tech department

The next day i received another email telling me that arrangements had been made to send out a new chair

The new chair arrived a few days later defect free

This is a five star product but i did have to take something off for the original defective item i received

If the app allowed i would have only taken off half a star due to the exceptional customer service but i had to take off a full star
