I returned my cisco spa 303 to amazon because my telephone company decided they support only analog telephones but i kept the headphones to use when i move to a better home in a better neighborhood

Note you need to reseat the plug some people complain it doesnt work because they probably didnt push the plug in all the way

Also call your cell phone and test it out making sure1you push the headset button on your phone2check that the button located halfway down the cord is set to on2volume control button is dialed up so you can hear the dial toneyou are now good to go you just hit the headset button to make a call
