This is perfectly high quality but be aware that this does not fit iphone earbuds or any other standard smartphone handsfree earbuds

Later discovered the headsets i currently own would have worked but what i received will be dedicated to my work phone

I would recoomend for someone wanting to use headsets for their cisco devices with the weird reversed polarity
