Pros
Comfortable and fits perfectly as the original padding. In the beginning, they are a little stiff, but they soften with a couple of days of use. The feel of the leather and the material behind it isn't quite as plush soft.

Took less than 10 minutes to install. Installation was made easy with all the tutorial videos available on the web. You have to use your nails to get them in there, but i think they will hold up well.
Cons
Since the qc35 series is an over the ear headset, the size of the pad interferes with this feature. The other is fine, but one is clearly defective.

They snapped in place but i didnt want to risk them popping out

They are a little difficult to get on when you do it for the first time especially since the mechanism can be tricky
