If you are too aggressive you risk removing the glue strip altogether and will have no way to attach the scrims to your headphones

Its a great product and easy to install but head case audio sells it at almost half the price this reseller is a rip off

There are a couple of different videos on youtube which you should watch beforehand which will help tremendously during the install

My old boss qc15 was an expensive piece of trash ear pads and headband was disintegrating

The ear cushions are slightly stiffer than the previous cushions which actually improved the noise isolation from the headphones

Still nothing to detract from that i liked the product for what it did but unable to rate higher because i never used the original ones and tried the new ones
