The ice band inside it doesnt wrap totally around my head but it covered the entire back of my head around to the front of the side that was hurting

Instead of putting the ice pack in the freezer i put mine it the fridge so that it is still cold but not solid

My favorite feature is that its handsfree so that i dont have to scrunch up to hold a traditional ice pack on my head or lay down and also hold it on my headbecause i want it on that one place on my temple and the ice always falls off

Or i want it on that on a place behind my ear and i cant get the traditional ice pack there without holding it there and tensing up the muscles in my neck or laying on the traditional ice pack which doesnt work
