My blackvue model did not have the built in gps so i have to buy this add on

The only issue i have with this is that the wire is too long i dont understand why it comes with a 3 foot cord when you have it plugged into the dashcam and will probably keep the gps right next to it its not like you are going to attach it somewhere along the windshield or on the bottom since that would look ugly with the wire exposed

They just clip onto the wire insert the backup camera wires and clamp together until it snaps into place
