It is quite refreshing when these days contacting a customer service are waste of our effort. I'm satisfied that it does.
Power cycling both boxes solves this. Instead of the cloner box providing power to the drive the hub provides power. Manual downloaded from the company's website.
I am a real purchaser and finding this was great. The picture quality produced by this little box is much better than the picture with the vcr connected directly to my tv. The quality is great and it saves in mp4 format.

Every time i record a program the audio and video are not synced. It just stops recording. Now all i can say is i'll look for another capture device coz this thing is trash.

I purchased a unit 2 years ago and through heavy use i broke the usb port
Ive nevertried setting the video quality to 720p so maybe youcan get even longer than 2hr movie i will try at some point
