The video is quite good and the audio coming from the computer headphone output is very good and is in sync with the video when i play video files

This can come from a usb output on a computer or if you have a 5 volt wall unitplug like from a phone charger

I did not have that problem the insignia receiver seems to adapt itself to those three parameters automatically
