Oh another clue is sync is only lost during movie playback not in the menus

The only thing with this unit is that you have to have all three outputs connected to a source for it to work

I tried connecting just two at first and almost returned item and the literature the comes with the device is not very good

You can manually switch or it can detect a new source and switch automatically

For example i have my computer on 1 and bluray player on 2

So if i turn on my computer it selects it the if i turn my bluray it will switch to it with both on i can use the button or remote to switch between the two when i turn off a device its smart enough switch back to the other device
