Pros
Works like a charm. Runs very cool. Package is packed well.
Switcher toggles between inputs automatically when a new device it plugged in. Works well to connect our ipad for demos (though you need an hdmi to fire adapter) allows me to connect all four consoles via hdmi to my home theater receiver.
Works great if remote is used for quicker response. Only drawback is that the remote does not have a power control on it.
Cons
Was out of warranty due to time between receipt and install. Started screen flickering after 4 months. Auto switches between roku and switch fine, but would not work with ps4.

No video or audio loss and with auto switching when one finishes using a console and powers it off just turn on the next console and it will send the signal to the receiver no need to get up and disconnect and reconnect

On rare occasions the remote can be a little finicky but it isnt a big issue as i am not switching it that often

There is a manual push button on the front of the switch box as well

This allows me to see the face but all of the cables come out the back and are thus hidden
