    So lets go with the basicsbasics this capture device can capture signals as small as 480i if you have an old console with the help of an ossc video converter you can properly upscale weird resolutions up to 1080p

    It really does the job compared to a 130 elgato hd60s i didnt test anything to do something in 4k because i really dont need it atm all retro consoles have low resolutions and all i need is my neogeo mvs ossc working now if you have elgato hd60s for retrogaming thit thing is worthless

    Note that xsplit broadcaster needs to use the gpu rather than the legacy settings to encode video

    I just assumed it was stored onto the card itself and then you plug it in afterwords to retrieve and that wasn’t the case

    I guess itll passthrough 4k at 30hz no hdr support but that isnt supported by the consoles i have
