After a lot of research it looks like you may need an active cable for the long runs to the optoma projector even though i had longer runs to normal tvs

Its very thin and is not nearly as heavy as the other cables which made the run easy

The only thing i find odd is that it stops working if i switch on the arc funtion on the projector

But it does not bother me because my devices are plugged to a soundbard and i dont absolutly need the arc function
