The plugs themselves are relatively trim so they fit nicely in the outlet without interfering with other plugs. There are two * on the plug, only need to push one of them for power to connect wi-fi to the whole outlet. Naming of the two ports jointly ... Read More

Steven, darren and dianna in customer service for their help. My only gripe are the steps where they tell you to power the item off then on and reset it. Will buy again.

Cons

Better worth paying the extra dollars for a more reliable brand is my takeaway. Pay a few dollars more and avoid the hassle of setting up. Had i not been there, it is likely it would have gone up in flames.

The plug fails 80-85% of the time when connecting to alexa. The devices lose connectivity and are pretty unreliable. Once the plug is connected and the lights plugged into it, it shuts the devices off entirely.

The product, even though it claims ‘works with alexa’ leaves much to be desired. To get to work requires using the hbn app which is difficult.

This is advertised as a heavy duty product with 1850 w limit. This plug has been relegated to our junk drawer.
