It's really solid and sturdy. Generally a good item, meets the needs of most.

The surface is very uneven so when you sit, your back tilts to the side. This is not ergonomic in any way. The lumbar support that is supposed to be there, is not.

Getting a refund, will buy something stronger. They seem to offer no warranty even for the price they charge.

The lever for recline is now broken in the down position. I do not whether the issue is with the gas cylinder or tilt mechnism level. The screws and instructions are labelled incorrectly.

It now rotates and leans freely making it impossible to sit in. After one week of use it is already dent in where your elbows rest. It seems to be leaning on one side.
