Quality

I am highly impressed with the skimmer box

The intakes that come with the pump have very little suction and it definitely could not pull out bugs leaves etc

Pool depth is about 26” i plugged both suction holes using plastic plugs which were included with the pool

Price was better than the local stores and came fast

My old one was leaking horribly so i definitely needed to replace as soon as i could i seen this and the price was very reasonable

The stock intex skimmer is a joke

By design there are no threads in the predrilled holes

All of the parts were included however they were not in their original packaging

Competitiveness

I installed mine on a 22x52 intex ultra xtr and the difference was night and day

Added to a 12x24 intex pool works as advertised

This skimmer does not hook up to intex hoses nor does it work with intex adaptors

You will need an adaptor for this to hook up to an intex pump
