Pros

The base is thicker since it’s anodized, which takes a little more time than average pressure cooker to cook. Good for cooking 3-4 people, and liked the design. Works on both stove tops and induction.

Boiling lentils is so much easy now. It takes only 8 hours of soaking + 20 min of pressure cooking for our chickpea become soft enough for hummus and other lebanese dishes.

Cons

This product is faulty. This thing is a piece of garbage. This item is bad for use and has no durability.

This pressure cooker is not dishwasher safe. The sealing o-ring is placed loosely on top of the lid by design. The steam leaks from the side and there is zero pressure built.

I turn the induction hotplate burner down to 275 and it seems about right to get a blast every minute or so

Pressure cooking is ok but compared to my allclad sauce pan it is much slower to heatup

I had been looking for just a plain ole pressure cooker not an instapot type cooker
