Pros

Fan is quieter than my laptop's own fan, so there's that.

It elevates your laptop any about 1. Inches. It does help a little, so i'm hoping it lasts. I like the fact that they cared about how i felt and their product.

Cons

Great at first, but didn't last me very long. If i jiggle it, the unit turns on for a few seconds. Will purchase another model. Need to jiggle the cord around to get it to work.

Product description claims that the pad had 2 adjustable heights. The right side of my laptop would slide down & i’d adjust it only for the left side to slide down. The pad surface is such a slick surface that it intensifies the problem.

The fans sit flush on the bottom of the pad, meaning little flow is produced if sitting flat on a surface. The fans are very light, giving off a light breeze instead of a strong breeze. There were no stoppers on thebottom edge of the pads.
