Without getting too detailed this isolator works to break the dc circuit path for the audio shield ground circuit

Ideally this would mean significantly if not complete elimination of this electrical interference and in turn less buzzing noise on playback

At louder volumes without the isolator quiet parts of songs had a slightly noticeable amount of buzzing

You connect your phone to the isolator using a male to male 3

Does not work well for all situationsi will say however that this isolator will not be great for all situations and can in fact make things worse

This might be attributed to the break in current not sure how it works exactly which caused it
