Pros
Simple install, very thorough instructions and looks great. It is a superior quality facet, it looks awesome and matched my kitchen facet which is a different brand. Elegant and very good quality.
Cons
Threads are not water tight and the design relies on copious amounts of teflon tape to compensate. Ruined our hardwood and all. Looks great but it leaks.
