We have this installed by a plumber because the directions recommended drilling into the backsplash. Works as expected. Overall good product but the valve issue needs to be addressed.

Very sturdy and well made. Feels heavy and high end" "it is very beautiful.

Cons

The quality of the valves is poor. There is not enough threading sticking out of the wall to get it tight enough to not leak. The proprietary threaded * should be redesigned. The gasket is too small to fit with standard rough in 1/2” stubs.
