This is one fifth the cost as in store brands (machined gold) wasn't keen on spending upwards of $600 on one and was happy to find this one for much less. Contacted customer service via amazon messaging.
I purchase the x001h9v0mh pot filler during a complete kitchen remodel. We have this installed by a plumber because the directions recommended drilling into the backsplash.
High water pressure, no leaks, extra valve for future needs. Universal size * so no issues. I worry just a little that it might bend if you push down on it too much.
The pot filler itself is a decent enough product for the money. The function is the best part. Quick and responsive customer service is awesome.

This is a nice faucet but it is difficult to get it installed leakfree because of the design

We redid our kitchen and i was so excited to have a pot filler but unfortunately we had a beam right behind the cooktop and a lot of electrical for the basement and did not want to take any chances on it being an issue so unfortunately i had to return it
