Blue hose at this end is not firmly attached to the white plastic head and can swivel around. When connected to the pump inlet the collar that keeps the hose from getting twisted leaks to the point there is 0 suction at the vacuum head.

Amazin the company restocking fee and return fees are too high to even be selling on amazon. When you ask for refund, they keep about %90 of the money for fees. After return shipping and restocking fees, now they tell me i am too late to return it.
