The description states that all sizes have a swivel cuff, but the one i ordered does not. Did not fit properly and very poorly made. The worst customer service ever, no reply to emails.

I upgraded to a better full sized pump and sand filter when i attached the original vacuum hose to the new system it kept collapsing the cheep tubing
