Pros
Inbuilt meter to know about temperature. Boiling water with in 20 mins.
Cons
Never expected this from a branded product. Nobody cares for installation. Kindly do not buy from this seller.
They have the audacity to disconnect the call.
After installation, there were burst & small * sounds in the water geyser. At full knob thermostat temperature goes till 75 degree celsius. It takes half an hour to fill 25 litre bucket.
Havells center in lucknow has not bothered to enquire or call back about installation. Customer service is useless. They have canned responses and don't have a clue on what a customer might be going through.

But the installation person is not using the anchor bolt arrived with the heater.

We were out of station just after the deliveey of product but team havells kept contacting us for installation and it was installed in no time once we reached home.
