Im sure i would have caught more but i only had the trap set during times i was home so that i could quickly transport the squirrels and release them immediately after capture

Note apparently squirrels have a bit of a homing instinct so make sure to release them many miles from your home or they will return and upon return will not be excited to get back in your trap
