Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

It fits nicely over our 2nd story bedroom window sill. I feel much safer for my kids upstairs, knowing that they have another way out of the house. I would feel a little safer going down if it had been a couple of inches wider and a lot less bouncy.

Cons

The directions advise that you test the ladder without actually deploying the ladder. This isn’t good because it’s supposed to be deployed only one time.

I honestly didn’t open the box it was heavy so i am hoping that means it’s good quality just not something i hope ever has to be opened

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Cant say we tried it and hope we never have to but it looks like it will do the job if it is ever needed

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

They all seemed to gush about its storage bag too while a lot of people in these comments seemed to really dislike that same storage bag

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The storage bag looks really nice until you try to open the zipper which i wonder if any of the people in the fire safety comparisons ever did

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

That zipper gets stuck more often than it does open smoothly

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Once i got it open the ladder is stored inside a clear plastic bag that is open so no struggling with that

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Of course then there’s the conundrum that everyone here in the comments wrestles with first it tells you to practice practice practice with your new ladder so you know what to do in an emergency

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The next thing tells you to never use your new ladder until it’s an emergency because it’s only good for one use
