We were pleased with the cases at first

I have them for 3 months now travelling very often and im really satisfied of this product

I dont understand the problems people have had with the locks

Til the 4th time shipping this luggage from dubai to italy and got a big dent at the top corner

The only downside i found is the zipper lock first time unloaded from plane one toggle had popped out of the lock

Was purchased a replacement for one that the handle broke off

I purchased this item on 7 sep 2014 im just now finding a replacement overall its been a fairly good purchase for the cost
