Found it very easy to set up recorded quality is excellent i have it set at 9mbs
The product works fine but is grossly overpriced for what it contains which is simply a small hard drive and interfaces
Good quality but included software does not allow you to burn to br discand new arcsoft software will not see hauppauge unit

You can download it from the internet but this does cost extra money about £30

It can record when on the red interactive button which the skybox cannot do so up yours sky

Recording these matches have been pinnacle for me as a tennis djokovic fan with the different time zones and having a sky box that wasnt reliable has meant that i have been unable to watch the tennis that i pay a subscription for

It isnt for beginners i would argue however you need to be somewhat tech savy in setting it up and then even more in recording the footage on your pclaptop and then editing it
