Haulin' hooks weight lifting hooks are the best that i have seen. They are easier and quicker to employ than any strap i have ever used. The hooks eliminate the strain placed on the tendons.

Deadlifts, shruggs & calf raises add so much to how much you are able to lift in any exercise where hand strength was a limiting factor. These things are great especially when going heavy on certain exercises after your forearms are burnt out.

These are just a sales gimmick they add nothing to the hooks and actually make a very tight fit around the bar once added if you can get them to fit around the bars at all

Enough so that towards the end of a set my hands would be hanging open the bar close to falling to the floor

This can lead to has fewer reps longer time between sets or cheating to get through your set

Ive used wraps in the past but they are a pain in the neck to hook up to a bar as well as time consuming
