It’s not the sizeshape i would grab for say emptying the last bit of a mayo jar too wide to be best suited for that

Its not for kneading and i suppose youcould use it like a spoon for stirring liquids but where it really shines is mixing especially something like a sticky flat bread dough where many might use their fingers to mix
