Pros

First gen hatch rest with bluetooth has been great, not perfect, but i liked it enough to purchase another hatch for my second child. Love that they added a couple lullaby to it. It's sooooo simple to use.

The ability to adjust the brightness even just by 1% is a great tool, especially if you’re picky about how bright the room is for your little one. The light white glow light also doubles as a nightlight.

This model is portable with the base serving as the charger.

I realized it was dead, i’m still able to plug the power cord directly into the hatch so it’s still usable. If plugged into power, it makes it seem like it'd still be “on”.

The app is too complicated and confusing. Every time i try to use it, it the app tells me it needs to be unplugged and reset. It absolutely relies on wifi. Will not connect to 2.
