I’m not bothered about the halal aspect but this item is claimed to be the world’s first omega3 which is hmc certified

My only criticism is that only 30 capsules are supplied so if you wanted a slightly higher amount of omega 3 and took 2 tablets per day then that’s only 15 days supply

However what i liked about the tablet and what attracted me to order on the sufferer’s behalf was the absence of omega6 which whilst healthy for the heart is known in excess to be a contributory factor to arthritis and inflammation and in products with the wrong proportions of omega3 to omega6 can actually see the health benefits of the two interfering with one another
