I'm 6'4 and this cane fits me perfectly on the shortest setting. The height helps him to stand up straighter, just like using a tall person walker. He is 6'2; this cane is profect for taller men.

It's ok for light use but not for therapeutic use like recovering from a broken leg or knee surgery. Unfortunately, it's actually more like 39 minimum height, which puts this cane at an unusable height for me.

This cane was a great buy for a pretty good price

Almost returned this because packaging from harvy said adjustale
