The packaging is identical to the $12 items made in china (i have several) and the curls at the end of tines, etc. Mixes the matcha completely different than using a regular fork, spoon, or regular whisk.

I bought this one because the bamboo they use are not treated with pesticides like the ones from china

Seems well made for the price have not used it yet as my wife is frugal and insists on using her old one until all the bristles break off
