Not only does this mean the ink will dry out quicker but its also a pain to store vertically without marking up whatever its sitting on

The journal overall is good quality but the pen was missing one of the broom rungs and when i attempted to glue it back on its the wrong side run anyhow so its backwards

The journal otherwise seems well made but the lining of the pages are kind go faded if that bothers you
